Youth Safety Ambassadors Deliver Important COVID-19 Messaging!

P3, together with support from the City of Providence’s Department of Art, Culture and Tourism (ACT), has hired a group of Youth Safety Ambassadors (SAs). These SAs are undergoing training informed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and have been tasked with creating COVID-19 safety content such as banners, flyers, and mini COVID safety commercials for virtual public events sponsored by the City of Providence, the Providence City Council, and neighborhood groups. Youth In Action participated in this critical project by developing the language used in SAs' communications. These efforts will engage PVD citizens through visual materials in a lively, playful, informative dialogue!
