Sign Up for Produce in the Park - Fall 2021!

Your favorite community market share program, Produce in the Park, is BACK for the Fall 2021 season…..and we’re taking sign-ups below!

Produce in the Park makes locally-sourced, in-season produce available to residents of Providence at various price points, and on a pay-as-you-can basis. This Fall season will operate from September 22 - November 17 with markets at Cabral Park (515 Wickenden St. Providence, RI 02903) and Mount Pleasant Park (434 Mount Pleasant Ave. Providence, RI 02908).

Produce will be available for pickup each Wednesday of that time period, from 1pm - 6pm at Cabral Park and from 3pm - 6pm at Mount Pleasant Park.

Here are our price options for a share (bag of 7-8 portions of seasonal produce):

• Full price share cost: $21 / week ($189 total for entire 9 week program)

• Subsidized/discounted share cost: $14 / week ($126 total)

• SNAP/EBT share cost: $4.50 / week ($40.50 total)

The more people who sign up for the program and pay full price for their share means that the market can accommodate more people (who can’t pay full price) paying discounted rates for their shares. In this way, your participation not only guarantees that you’ll receive a bountiful selection of fruits and veggies throughout harvest season, you’ll also be helping to improve food access for neighbors in our PVD community!
